When can I access my storage unit?

24/7-hour access. The building is well lit at night. You do supply your own lock, and since you are the only one with the key its yours to access whenever need be.
Where to meet? How to get in contact?

Start by sending us a message or giving us a call. You can then come into Zillges Materials to sign a lease, or we can email one over to you.
Are the unit’s climate controlled?

They are not, however, our facility is well-built and brand new.
How do I pay?

We accept credit cards through our online payment option, take cash dropped off at Zillges Materials (1990 W Snell Rd, Oshkosh), or check (mailed or dropped off at Zillges).
Do you provide drive-up access?

Yes, we do have wide alleyways that allow easy access. These alleyways are built for people who have big trailers and wide loads that need more room to back into the units.
What security features are in place?

We have high-resolution security cameras that are always running 24/7. The building is well-lit which will also help deter unwanted guests. Furthermore, you are the only one with the ability to enter into your unit because you supply the lock that is best for you.
